I guess recommendation is to have dedicated servers for mail, web, and application.

Does anybody have Lotus Notes on Virtual Servers?

What do you think of this scenario?
1 Physical Server with Windows 2008 HyperV
1 virtual application sever
1 virtual web serve
1 virtual mail server

No SAN ( using local disks of physical servers)

My current infrastucture is one server for all roles

Thanks!!
